Storyteller Al Batt at CLPL April 14Al Batt2

Beloved storyteller Al Batt will be returning to the Clear Lake Public Library Monday, April 14 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the library’s Quasquicentennial celebration during 2014.

Batt is a really likeable guy who knows how to tickle the universal funny bone. He is a journalist who writes weekly nature and humor columns as well as having a regular nature program on Minnesota public television. He is well known in the birding world having been named “Birder of the Year” by Wildbird Magazine. He frequently disappears into the woods to meditate on more ways to entertain his audiences who love his laidback style and down home stories.
